Approximately 80% of my business is through word of mouth referral. I am extremely pleased to offer a reward to anyone who has the confidence to personally recommend the real estate experience they had with me. 

For those friends, family, past clients and anyone else who feels confident recommending my services, I extend the option to a donation of $250 to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation on your behalf (tax receipt included) or receive $250 CASH the day your referral gets the key for their new home or the sale of their previous home is complete.  It`s that easy.
